Mr. Yevgeny I. Gorlakov, Independent Director

Mr. Gorlakov was Director of the Krasnodar Division of North Caucasus Railways, a subsidiary of JSC Russian Railways, from 2002 till 2009. In 2009 he was appointed Assistant Director of North Caucasus Railways.
Born in 1948. Graduated from the Rostov Transport University and the Moscow Business Law Institute.
Mr. Victor Olersky A member of the Board of Directors since 2010. Mr.Olersky has been Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation since 2009. Mr.Olersky worked as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of North-West River Shipping Company, JSC from 2003 to 2009, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Volga River Shipping Company from 2001 to 2009, at the same time serving as Director of Infotek Baltica OJSC in the period from 1994 to 2009. Mr. Olersky graduated from the Admiral Makarov Higher Engineering Marine College, he is Doctor of Science, Engineering and is awarded with a Medal for Distinguished Service in Marine Business .
Mr. Georgiy A. Koryashkin , Independent Director
Board member since 2008. CEO and Chairman of the Board at JSC NPV Engineering since 2006. From 1999 to 2004 Mr. Koryashkin served as Deputy Director, Acting Director, and Head of Department at the Russian State Property Ministry. In 2004-2006 he worked as First Deputy Director of Asset Management and Organizational
Structures at JSC Russian Railways.
Born in 1969. Graduated from the Ordzhonikidze Management Institute with a degree in Economics and Production Management.
Mr. Vladimir G. Uliyanov , Non-executive Director
Member of the Board since 2006. Has been Director for internal control at PJSC NCSP since 2006. He also serves as a board member at PJSC Fleet of NCSP, OJSC NLE and JSC Novorossiysk Zarubezhneft Transshipment Complex. From November 2002 to September 2004 Mr. Ulyanov served as Prosecutor of the Krasnodar Kray, and as First Deputy Prosecutor of the city of Sochi from 1997 to 2002.
Born in 1963. Graduated from Kuban State University and holds a PhD in Law. He is a professor of criminal law at the Moscow State Law Academy.
Mr. Alexander Nikolaevich Shokhin has been a member of the Board of Directors President of the Russian Union of Industrialists & Entrepreneurs since 2005. From 1995 till now – President of the State University, the Higher School of Economics. Mr. Shokhin was member of the Public Chamber from 2005 to 2009, and Chairman of the Supervisory Council of Renaissance Capital Investment Group from 2002 to 2006. Mr. Shokhin graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, faculty of economics. He has a Doctor’s degree in Science, Economics, and is a professor.
Ms. Tamara Arsentievna Pakhomenko, Non-executive director
Member of the Board since 2009. Has been Vice President for Corporate Development and Law at the PJSC NCSP office in Moscow since 2006, also serves as a member of the Board of Directors at PJSC Fleet of NCSP. Graduated from Belarus Lenin State University and the St. Petersburg Interior Affairs Ministry University, and holds a PhD in Law.
