The Management Board oversees the operating activity of NCSP Group within the framework of the authorities defined by the Charter and the decisions of the general meeting of shareholders and Board of Directors. The Management Board acts in the interests of the NCSP Group and is subordinate in its activity to the general meeting of shareholders and the Board of Directors of NCSP Group. Meetings of the Management Board are held in accordance with a working plan, or as necessary, but at least once per month.
